Academic Standards Committee (2 Student Members)

The Academic Standards Committee is responsible for reviewing and updating the UW Law curriculum, internal policies, and UW Law Student Handbook to make sure that UW Law meets or exceeds the requirements for ABA Accreditation.

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Antiracism, and Multiculturalism Committee (DEIAM) (2 Student Members)

DEIAM advises the Dean on how to create a more diverse and inclusive UW Law community.

Faculty Hiring Committee (3 Student Members)

The Faculty Hiring Committee screens candidates for identified searches and recommends appointment to the full faculty; the student reps organize student interview sessions for all on-campus interviews and summarizes student feedback to help inform deliberation.

Admissions Committee (3 Student Members [3Ls only])

The Admissions Committee reviews files and makes admissions recommendations for the incoming JD class.
