UW SBA allocates its budget to support a variety of events, resources, and programs that enhance the law school experience and strengthen community engagement.
Funding helps make possible major traditions like the Barristers’ Ball, class-specific events for 1Ls, 2Ls, 3Ls, and graduates, and quarterly programming throughout the academic year. It also supports ongoing initiatives such as the Coffee/Tea Corner, mental health programming, and TGITs.
These community-building activities that foster connection and well-being among UW Law students.
Supplemental funds are available to UW Law RSOs and students. SBA reviews submissions and votes during their weekly meeting on Thursdays from 12:30-1:20pm.
This form is due 1 week prior to the SBA meeting you wish to have the board to vote on your request.
Any funding approved can be used the same way as initial RSO allocations. Please consult the Student Handbook on the UW Law Student Orgs Hub.
If you have questions about funding please reach out to the SBA Treasurer.
